With just 25 days on market and increased housing prices when compared to second quarter, the 2017 Quarter 3 housing market remained a competitive marketplace.
With even fewer days on market and higher housing prices, the 2017 Quarter 2 housing market proved difficult for buyers as Nashville remains a strong sellers’ market.
