You made it!
You’re a new homeowner and, hopefully, you’re starting to settle into your new space and new routine.
Now that we’re past closing, I wanted to wrap up the last few items:
- Are you interested in receiving neighborhood reports? These can be used as good indicators for your area’s property values.
- When you think of real estate, I hope you think of me. Will you tell your friends about me? My business survives on referrals- from your word of mouth. The greatest compliment I can receive from you is when I get calls from your friends and your family members also wanting to buy or sell a home.
- Lastly, I’m hoping you’d be willing to write a review for me. Can you send me a quick 2 or 3 sentence email about your experience? What did I do well, what could I have improved? It’s important for me to know both.
