Nothing turns a home buyer off faster than a stinky or dirty home.
Ideally, a deep clean would be done the day before your photography appointment. Top to bottom- baseboards to ceiling fan blades, we want your home sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms since those areas often make or break a sale.
If you don’t want to or can’t personally clean your home, I’m happy to set up an appointment for a cleaning service. Charges vary according to square footage and company.
All staging and repairs should be done before the cleaning and photography appointment. Once clean, please do your very best to keep it clean going forward through your showings. If it needs to be cleaned again at any point, just let me know and we’ll set up another appointment.
